Ci, którzy mnie dobrze znają albo w ostatnim czasie przebywają w moim towarzystwie wiedzą, jak wielką miłością darzę lawendę. Niedawno ta miłość zdecydowanie się nasiliła powodując, że w moim otoczeniu znalazło się coraz więcej produktów związanych z tą rośliną. Na czym polega jej fenomen? Poza kuszącym fioletowym odcieniem lawenda ma także niezwykłe właściwości lecznicze, antybakteryjne i antygrzybiczne. Jest bardzo dobra na trądzik, pomaga goić rany, jest stosowana w kremach antycellulitowych. Ponadto napar z lawendy może działać uspokajająco i jest dobry na układ trawienny. Mnie zdecydowanie oczarował zapach lawendy, jako wielka fanka ziół zawsze skrycie marzyłam aby odwiedzić Prowansję. These who know me well ( or who have lately spent much time with me) know how much I love a lavender. This feeling increased and suddenly there appeared more and more products made of this plant in my neighbourhood. What's her magical features? Besides the beautiful smell and very appealing violet colour it has healing, antibacterial and antifungal features. It's very good for acne, it helps heal your wounds and it is used in many anticellulit creams. Furthermore, the lavender infuzion can be soothing and it's good for your digestive system as well. I was enchated by the smell of the lavender, as a big fan of herbs I was always dreaming of visiting Provence.
